Goal Setting and Nutrition

-Goal setting involves discussing your fitness objectives, whether it’s weight loss, muscle gain, or improved athletic performance.

-Your trainer will work with you to establish realistic and achievable goals that align with your aspirations and lifestyle.

-Additionally, nutrition plays a crucial role, with your trainer providing guidance on meal planning, dietary strategies, and nutritional education to support your fitness goals and overall well-being.

Assessment Every 6-8 Weeks

-Every six to eight weeks, your progress and achievements since the initial assessment are evaluated.

-This involves re-evaluating your fitness metrics, adjusting goals as needed, and refining your training program to ensure continued progress and success.
