Chastian Powers works miracles! I remember the first day I met him I was having a push up contest with his associate at the gym and as soon as I stood up he immediately knew what was wrong with me. I tore my acl, mcl, and meniscus, so my posture was off and I over compensated with my left leg. He showed me a stretch with a lacrosse ball and immediately after I felt like I was walking on clouds. Everytime I’m having pain or any issue I ask him and he knows exactly what’s wrong and how to fix it. I always find myself going to him to nit pick my form and it makes the biggest difference. There hasn’t been a single issue I’ve had that he didn’t know how to fix. He has a great way of explaining things, so it’s easier to understand. I’m very appreciative of Chas and you won’t regret signing him up as your trainer!

I came to Chas through a referral of two of my friends. Both of them had traumatic injuries and were still in pain. They said that he can fix anything and everything, so I decided to give him a try, and they definitely weren’t lying. I have a rotator cuff injury and had to quit working out in general for quite a few months. I came back discouraged cause it felt as If i lost all gains. Slowly I got back into it but my shoulder was still not the same and was constantly in and out of pain. Finally, I went to Chas, and in one training session my shoulder felt like it did pre- injury. He put me through exercises that I would’ve normally thought would never ever work, they were tiring but worth it. Now I frequently do them and have been noticing improvement in my flexibility and range of motion. Ever since working with Chas the pain is minimal and most times not even there. Now I feel more motivated to start going to the gym and have been consistently hitting new personal records and I truly accredit that to him. Overall a really great guy and even better trainer.
