About Chas Powers

Meet Chastian ‘Chas’ Powers, a passionate advocate for optimizing human movement and overall well-being. His journey began after a career-ending injury exposed the profound impact of our modern sedentary lifestyles on our bodies. Motivated to understand and address these issues, Chas became a N.A.S.M. Certified Personal Trainer in 2012 and continued to pursue advanced certifications .

Through his personalized approach to program design, Chas tailors each session to address the unique needs and goals of his clients. Whether it’s overcoming movement limitations, enhancing athletic performance, or improving overall health, Chas provides comprehensive support and guidance every step of the way. From meal planning and customized workout programs to movement assessments and health education, his services are designed to empower clients to unlock their full potential.


Driven by a commitment to continuous learning, Chas stays abreast of the latest research and innovations in the field of human movement. Drawing inspiration from diverse sources such as body exhibit museums, acupuncture methods, and massage therapy, he seeks to expand his knowledge and refine his craft.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Chas enjoys immersing himself in outdoor activities such as mountain biking, rollerblading, stand-up paddleboarding, and hiking. He also values spending quality time with friends, connecting with the community, and indulging in the culinary delights of street tacos.
